The Hudson River – Black River Regulating District, a New York State public benefit corporation, that regulates the flow of the Upper Hudson River and the Black River, is seeking a Chief Fiscal Officer responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the fiscal, accounting and some operational functions of the organization. Demonstrated progressive experience in a not-for-profit/government environment is preferred, BS in Accounting or Business Administration required, CPA or MBA preferred. Detail oriented, good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a, hands on environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Travel between offices required.
